I use Concord Network Health for monitoring our enterprise. It is showing memory utilization on our CAT 5509’s at a consistent 48% with CPU utilization at about 3%. NetHealth sees this as a point of concern but my guess is that it is normal for the CATs. Can anyone verify that? If I’m correct, then I plan on adjusting the thresholds in NetHealth for the CATs. At what point should I be concerned about memory utilization on a 5509, and CPU utilization too for that matter?
