As far as I know, this is not possible. Levels are basically made based on previleges, if you have more previleges than level-2 guys, then obviously, they wont be able to see what you type. Only solution is both should have same previlege levels. I don't know if it is out of the track, but I guess, you can use a Net meeting to see each others monitor. This might solve your issue.
