Hello Mohammed,
I ran the output through the Output Interpreter, which came up with the following bug:
Symptom:
A Catalyst switch reloads when entering the command show cdp neighbor detail
if the switch is receiving a CDP packet containing IP information.
Condition:
The Catalyst switch is running Cisco IOS Release 12.1(22)EA1.
Workaround:
Downgrade to Cisco IOS Release 12.1(20)EA2 or earlier
Are you experiencing a specific problem with your switch ?
Regards,
GNT

Yes, this crash is due to CSCef42212. However, it is fixed in 12.1(22)EA2, so no need to downgrade. I'd recommend upgrading to 12.1(22)EA2 or later.
HTH,
Bobby

Hi,
It depends on which version of the 2950 you have. Some support only the SI image, while others will support the EI. See the following doc that details which 2950 supports EI or SI:

HTH,
Bobby
