MGT port in SE III for Cat4K

hello

in the SE III for Cat4K, there is an RJ45 port called: 10/100 MGT.

the link led of this port is never UP even if i use straight or cross over cable.

can any one give me an url expalining what to use this port for? and wich kind of cable sould i use.

The management interface(me1) is not active when the switch is up and operational. This interface is used only for disaster recovery and can be accessed when the switch is in rommon
