MICA modem not accepting call from analog modem

I am using 3640 with BRI4-S/T, and NM-6DM for accepting calls from ISDN and analog modem. ISDN call to 3640 is fine, but when I dial from analog modem to my 3640, on the analog modem always detect busy signals. When I tried to accept calls with 3com ISDN-TA replacing my router, it work fine. Is there any solution or clue for this problem ?

Make sure you have "isdn incoming-voice

modem" configured, along with a group-

async interface with a group-range

of modems. The lines should also have

modem configs, like "modem dialin".

To troubleshoot further, you should

have a look at

debug isdn q931 -> confirm it's an analog call

debug csm -> see that a modem is found

debug modem
