Migration from Private AS to Public AS

Dears

i will need your guide.

we have an MPLS VPN backbone working with Private AS number , all PEs are working with BGP configuration with that Private AS.

also PE-CE EBGP for our customers is running with the same AS.

we are now in the phase to migrate to Public AS for inter AS connectivities.

but the migration seems to be difficult, as changing the BGP on a router will affect all others.

any help ?
