When we were shopping for our DS3 router, we heard that the 3620 was what would be considered a minimum for this, and even then with the caveat that it wouldn't be the best choice if we anticipated using the full bandwidth of the DS3. We ended up going to a 7204 for a little headroom in case we needed to get another DS3.
