Minor BBSM issues

Two issues:

1. BBSM is not killing old sessions, but reissuing the same IP address elsewhere. When this happens, the client's location is listed as the place the IP address got reissued to. Could this be a problem with the BBSM database not refreshing?

2. This seems like a client specific problem. When a client opens IE, they do not get the hotel's start page unless the start page address it is manually typed in. The way I see it, if any client tries to hit the wire, they should automatically get send to the set startpage for that port.

Any ideas?

I am just wondering why this could happen. The second issue could be the default setting in the browser. I think the default homepage should be pointing to the start page url. Can anybody correct me if I am wrong?

Would appreciate if someone can throw more light into this. Thanks!
