Missing user tracking data after upgrade

I have upgraded from LMS 1.1 to 2.2 and Campus Mgr 3.2 to 3.3. When opening the user tracking table after the upgrade. The Hostname, IPAddress and Subnet fields are blank. I am unclear as to why this had dissapeared or stopped working.

Any help is appreciated.

One other pice of information. I do have the MAC addresses from the individual machines connected to the switch ports but the ANI process to retrieve the ARP tables and the subsequent DNS resolution is what seems to be broken

Arp table is retrived from the default gateway router on that subnet. Can you make sure the router is showing under "layer 2 view" and the state is reachable?
