Mixing DHCP and static addresses on same UBR72xx

We use DHCP to assign the dynamic IP to our client's devices. For the devices that do not support DHCP we are forced to handouve static IP address.

I am looking for a way to tie down this address to a MAC so that the allocated IP can not be hijacked by other users.

On the ethernet interfaces, I normally do this by adding a static ARP entry. How do I achive the same for the cable interface?

You can use my mail ID to send me your help. Thanks in advance.
