The customer is using MLP between Cisco routers using two synchronous serial lines. I see ever increasing number of reordered fragments when issuing "sh ppp multilink" command. Is this normal?

Not in general, although across serial links
that may have different latency, it
can happen. If you think that it may
be disturbing your overall throughput, try
disabling fragmentation.
