MLPPP and CPU resources

I like to configure MLPPP between a 6509 and a 7206. How intensive is MLPPP on the CPU and what is the general recommended guideline for the number of serial interfaces in the multi-link bundle?

Little difficult to answer as those performance numbers lot depends on packet size, packets per sec, NPE etc. But 7200 should be able to bundle 16T1's without interleaving,WFQ and Fragmentation...

How about generalizing the performance characteristics for RTP applications based on 10ms packetization? The engine on the 7206 is an NPE-300.

I think 16T1 in a bundle should work.
