hey guys , i got a couple of 3640's and 2600's with internal modems which dont have any software for the modems i was told i need MMTL( Modem Management Technology License) so i was wondering can i get this software here on the cisco site, or do i have to get it from somewhere else, i think all the modems within are MICA i assume those are the default modems in the cisco's these are second hand routers thats why i dont have everything in them.
You'll need to get this SW on CCO (Software Center) with your CCO login. If you cannot access the software you feel you purchased please contact the support folks you bought the routers from and they should be able to help you out with this issue.
