Modems conectivity problem with 2600 cisco router...

On an ISP there are 32 modems conected with 2600 cisco router. Five of them are not conecting with router. we check and find that there are five interfaces on which no modem is conecting.

so , dear how we can solve this router interface conecting problem?

You can try to isolate whether the problem is with the modems or the interfaces. If you are using external modems, you can connect the working modems to the interfaces that are not working and see if it works. If it works, then the problem is on the modem side.
