Modifying MGX8220 DC Level Threshold

Hi all,

I'm guessing it cannot be done, as the all privileges (StrataCom) level doesn't seem to have a command that would allow me to modify the DC Threshold levels from the default levels of 42-54Vdc.

I know you can disable the monitoring of the DC-unit but I'm really keen to keep the MGX monitoring the DC voltages but making the DC lower threshold something more meaningful, as below 47Vdc the MGX will shutdown.

If someone can help that would be excellent.

Regards,

David K.

Re: Modifying MGX8220 DC Level Threshold

Hi David,

I know when I asked the developers about changing the temp. on the MGX8220 to have a lower measurement, was told it was hard coded in the software and there was no way of changing it. I know its not addressing your question about the DC issue, but I'm thinking its probably in the same coding. Hopefully its not in the same coding.

Regards,

Bob
