Modifying Native VLAN on Trunk Line

I want to use VLAN 104 instead of 1 for the NATIVE VLAN. Do I need to specify on both connected switches the new VLAN on the turnk port? For example:

Access Switch

set vlan 104 2/49-50

set trunk 2/49 on dot1q 1,104,337

set interface sc0 104 IP_ADDRESS/255.255.255.0 192.168.104.255

Distribution Switch

set vlan 104 2/12

!

set trunk 2/12 on dot1q 1,104,337

Yes, you have to move the ports to the both the switches to the same native vlan and allowed on the trunk port .
