Monitoring Console Log

I am attempting to save to file a log of events in DFM and the option "Save to File" under the Log menu on the Monitoring Console is grayed out. How do I get that option to work?

You can use the File Notifier Adapter for this purpose as well. See the 'File Notifier Adapter' section at:

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/rtrmgmt/cw2000/dfm/dfm_faq.htm for details on how to set it up and save the messages to the log file. Alternately, you can also install the Fault History Module from CCO which allows you to view the history of faults on devices managed by DFM.
