How can i monitor the bandwidth of a wan link? Thanks

By using a network monitor (e.g., MRTG).
You can also see how much load the WAN interface is carrying by using the
show interfaces command:

Depends what you want to do. If you just want to see (roughly!) how much traffic is happening at a given instant, just do show int. For long term results, pretty pictures, get and install MRTG (http://people.ee.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/mrtg/)
