Good morning,
We have a frame relay network with fractional t-1 and 1751 routers. Over many of our links, we seem to be dropping connections or experience slow response times if only for a second or two, which makes all the difference in the world for our WAN application. We've discussed this with our provider, but they say they don't see anything. The trunk goes through a rural location, so we have to deal with a couple of providers, each saying the problem is not theirs...Recently, this seems to be happening quite often with a few of our locations. So I have a couple of questions:
1. How can we troubleshoot this?
2. Is there a way to save to a text file the information I get when typing SH INT?
Thanks,
Chris

Check for the various errors you get in the show int command according to the following document and see if they are increasing.

Also you can log the messages in different ways. Some things in the following doc are particular to 2950 switch.
Thanx,
Praful

Hi Chris,
You can also check if your card is ok by performing a hardware loopback test.
