Hi,

My company network is bulid by all cisco router and switch. since there are many routers and switch.

What tools can management it most efficient?

There are many tools available and to name few are cisco works, hp open view, smarts etc etc.

MRTG and NTOP and very quick to set up and are fantastic bits of software. NAGIOS is a bit more involved to set up, but is well worth the effort.
