I have a 10Mb link coming in to my 720vxr router from my ISP. What good monitoring software can I use to my sure my ISP is giving me what we are paying for?

http://www.mrtg.org is a good free ware tool which you can use to monitor your link usage.

You can use rddtool, this is the new version of the mrtg.
