mtu used for branch offices and gre tunnels

Hello gurus.

I think I have a problem in my network. Branch offices are connected with a ipsec  gre tunnels. It's necessary to avoid fragmentation down MSS or MTU size on any lan segment, branch office or main site, to increase http web pages response?

Yes I readed but I'm not able to check if there are no fragmentation inside tunnel. I used recomended settings of this doc but I don't know if still there are fragemtation.

Sorry but maybe I don t explained so good as I though...

I refer if it s necessary to change MTU or MSS on central site servers to can increase connection speed to server through http for exaple....o maybe on remote machines to connect with  alower MTU...??
