Multicast troubleshooting in pim sparse mode

6509 MSFC 12.1(26)E1, I have problem the multicase with the following output but I have no idea how to troubleshooting. can anybody guide me?

(*, 238.0.0.8), 00:06:40/stopped, RP 172.16.1.3, flags: SP

Incoming interface: Vlan19, RPF nbr 172.16.19.4, RPF-MFD

Outgoing interface list: Null

(*, 238.0.0.9), 00:06:40/stopped, RP 172.16.1.3, flags: SP

Incoming interface: Vlan19, RPF nbr 172.16.19.4, RPF-MFD

Outgoing interface list: Null

try doing a clear ip mroute. check out the following link for Multicast troubleshooting :
