Does anyone know of any issues with multicasting between a nortel router
and cisco router.

Is there a specific problem you are trying to trouble shoot? I’m not aware of any known issues.

I've done PIM Sparse between Cisco and Nortel/Bay routers with no problems.
I have some notes on this that I can send you if you need them.
