Multicasts through Port-Channel

Obviously we have a strange problem !

We interconnected two Cat6K Switches with Etherchannels. One Cat6K is used for the Access Devices which are connected to VLAN 40.

A device sends out a multicast (239.0.0.1) which is received on the CAT6K Port but obviously is NOT forwarded on the Ether-Channel Uplink to the other Cat6K (as long as the Ether-Channel is active with 2 physical links).

As soon as one link is disabled all the multicast-packets are forwarded (on the UPLINK) but when the second physical link is enabled again, packets are dropped.

But I am not sure, why those packets are dropped.

I would appreciate any help.

thx
