Multihoming ISPs

We have a 2nd ISP connection at our DR Site. I am interested in load balancing outbound internet access for our users between both Sites (different ISPs at each location) . I have seen a number of articles on multihoming ISPs at the same location but nothing on multihoming ISPs at different Sites. I have a OC3 that connects the DR site to the Corporate Headquaters location.
