Multilink of T1 and fractional T1 on 3640 and 7206

Is it possible to take a full T1 on one serial interface and 15 channels of a T1 on another serial interface and link them with a multilink interface on a 3640 and a 7206? If not, is CEF load balancing my only other option to combine the bandwidth?

what routing protocol, with eigrp or igrp could use unequal cost load balancing by setting a variance.

EIGRP. How would you do that? Set up two different IP addresses? This is an acceptable alternative, although I was hoping multilink was possible so I could treat it as one interface with one address.
