I have multiple users that roam around the plant getting on the network in many different areas, I want to assign manual bindings for them. Can I have multiple host pools with the same MAC address bound to different IP addresses, depending on which subnet they are connected to.
I don't think this is possible. If you want to have manual bindings, does that mean you want to staticaly bind the IP to mac address which is like reserving the IP address. But it is not possible you can map single mac to multiple IP addresses. But you can check for the same in these documents :
