Hi, can someone tell me if a Cisco 3560 L3 EMI can support HSRP for multiple vlan interafces?

This link has all the detils abut HSRP on 3560 with configuration deails but just to ellaborate
You can have more than one HSRP instance creating multiple groups upto 255 groups of HSRP and also have more than one vlan interface upto 32 for which you can configure HSRP.

SMI image does not support HSRP.

Your link referenced a 3550, but we intended to ask the question of the 3560. I thought the 3560 did HSRP but not VRRP.

HSRP is supported in SMI images for 3550/3560/3750. The documentation is incorrect.
