Multiple ISP access via ATM Cisco 5500 Catalyst

I have four (4) local ISP providers connected to the Government network. Each ISP Provider was provided

a DSL Ethernet (4M) connection to Site A Catalyst 5500 ATM DS3. Each ISP have a unique PVC on the Site A Catalyst 5500.

Currently Site A Catalyst 5500 have only one (1) defauflt gateway. The Site A Catalyst is connected to Site B Catalyst 5500 via a DS3 ATM.

The Site B Catalyst 5500 has forty (40) departments connected via a DSL Ethernet 4M with a unique PVC.

The department has the option to select any of the four (4) ISP provider connected on Site A Catalyst 5500 for its Internet access.

Since the Site A Catalyst 5500 has only one default gateway, how can I route internet traffic to selected ISP provider per each departments requirement. Each department has its assigned IP Address block. The department could route their

entire IP address or selected IP address only.
