I want to configure two external (outside) addresses to translate to ONE internal address, a sort of load balancing two links.
Is this possible, and if so can some one point me to where I can find more information on doing this?

NAT will work one-to-one or many-to-one. I don’t see any way to accomplish what you are trying to do.
