Any reasons why you want to do this other than using the same IP scheme at either ends of the wan ?

By configuring 802.1q Trunking over WAN link and between Router and the end switches, you can take the VLANs information to the other end and can be segregated at other end switch in the respective VLANs.

To use the same IP scheme is part of the issue but also security. We are connecting a our printing press with some MAC at a different site. We do not want the MAC or the indidivuals working the printing press machines to see our corporate LAN
