Multiple VLANs on 3524 and 6509 Switches

I have multiple vlans that do just what they are suppose to do, however, I now have a vpn appliance that I only want a handfull of users to get to. I created a new vlan and installed the vpn device on it. The users still need to be able to access the main vlan and this new vlan. I assume there is a simple way to configure the switch(es) to allow only the users plugged into the 3524 port to have access. Can you point me to a white paper or other article on how to do this?

Thanks!

The users can be part of multiple VLANS, so create another VLAN and make the VPN appliance and the users that can access them a part of this VLAN
