We currently have 4 PPP T1's connecting 2 sites and are contemplating installing multiport T1 IMA over ATM modules to mux the bandwidth to 6mb. Has anyone done this? Is the service improvement worth the cost to install? Currently we are using EIGRP to load share between the T1's.

Have you qouted the costs out? For our region, AT&T was aggressively pushing the ATM T1s and they were actually cheaper than a standard leased T1. In our case we had some bursty traffic so we were able to save costs by using a low VBR and then bursting up to port.
However, you can all put your T1s into a single Dialer group and EIGRP will treat this as 1 6Mb pipe. Here is the link:
