Anyone know if there's a way to find the IP address of a NAM from the Cat command line? Some 'show' command, maybe..

No, you'll have to either session into the NAM from the switch CLI, or if telnet/ssh is enabled on the NAM, connect to it and execute the command "show ip" to find the ip add.

There's no show commands to do that unfortunately. For MSFC you can do "show cdp nei", but NAM does not run CDP.
The best I can think of is "show arp" if the arp entry has not expired yet.
