NAT and MSN

I'm having issues using MSN and netmeeting with NAT setup. I'm my router I configured overload or PAT. Where users from the 10.x.x.x network get NAT'ed to single IP address. Any one help me with suggeation or solution to solve this issue.

Below is NAT configuration

ip nat pool OVERLANDPARK 146.33.48.22 146.33.48.30 netmask 255.255.255.240

ip nat inside source list 7 pool OVERLANDPARK overload

ip nat inside source static 10.100.66.15 146.33.48.18

ip nat inside source static 10.100.66.20 146.33.48.17

access-list 7 permit 10.100.13.0 0.0.0.255

access-list 7 permit 10.100.19.0 0.0.0.255

access-list 7 permit 10.100.37.0 0.0.0.255

access-list 7 permit 10.100.38.0 0.0.0.255

access-list 7 permit 10.100.48.0 0.0.0.255

access-list 7 permit 10.100.66.0 0.0.0.255

access-list 7 permit 10.100.84.0 0.0.0.255

What issues are you having? Can't connect at all? Only one workstation can connect? Connections are dropped? What do you see when users are nat'd out by doing a sh ip nat tran?
