NAT issue in multimedia communication

I have a router regarded as internet gateway to translate the private ip address to public ip address.I use the static address translation to make the special host to access the video conference server through the internet gateway router. But I found once the special host make a video call to the video conference server, the internet gateway router will drop the Nat packet from the special host. The following is my debug infor about the issue. How to solve the problem? Thanks

03:18:36: NAT: i: udp (10.87.1.55, 8054) -> (211.92.209.2, 1719) [11]

03:18:36: NAT: s=10.87.1.55->61.241.171.213, d=211.92.209.2 [11]

03:18:36: NAT: translation failed (A), dropping packet s=61.241.171.213 d=211.92.209.2

Sincerely
