Configuring NAT:

Ip nat inside source list 1 pool my_pool overload

What means keyword OVERLOAD????

It means that you do a PAT.

Many ip-addresses sharing one on the outside. Just mapping to different ports.

Hi

Means it's not a 1:1 relation.....so you can have many internalt host be nated

to one or a few ip's.

The Overload keyword allows multiple NAT entries to be mapped to a single IP address by using a unique port to identify the flow. In your example this has been applied to an address pool, this will allow each IP address in the pool to be used for multiple translations instead of the one for one mapping that would occur without it
