NAT pool being used for local traffic

Why, when I do a "show ip nat translation", do I sometimes see a local inside address and a local outside address, but no port numbers (I am running overload) and no global inside or outside addresses? NAT usually runs correctly, but every once in a while, when this does occur, it takes up hundreds of lines in the NAT list. Any ideas on what is happenning and how I can prevent it?

I remember a bug I think. Try Bug Toolkit on Cisco’s web. Pretty sure it’s cosmetic.
