The extendable keyword allows the user to configure several ambiguous static translations, where an ambiguous translations are translations with the same local or global address.
You probably don't need Extendable NAT in your setup and you can safely omit the keyword NAT and use the interface option with the port #. You don't want to go through the hassle of reconfiguring your NAT transalation everytime your Public IP changes.
