Yes, most definately. Most Service providers running the 6500/7600 platforms are going to or running NATIVE now. There is even a safe harbor IOS (12.1(8b)E13) that is geared towards the LAN based finacial type accounts. Many of the newer OSM's and other modules are only supported in Native. There are many compeling reasons to take a look at this code.
HA (High Availabitity) is coming along well with Native but is not yet to where CatOS is with SRM and other HA setups. In 12.1.11bE RPR was introduced. RPR+ is now in 12.1.13E which cuts down failover time to around 30 - 60 seconds, depending on card types and diagnostics settings. Here's a link on RPR and RPR+ for your reference.
