I'm looking to use NBAR on a few routers to rate limit WinMX traffic(yet another file sharing protocol). We are successfully using NBAR to slow Gnutella and other file sharing protocols - but WinMX isn't listed as a possible protocol to match.
I'm wondering does CIsco have a custom pdlm for WinMX? Or does any newer version of IOS recognise the WinMX protocol. It defaults to ports 6699/tcp and 6257/udp but can use others if those are blocked.
