NBAR support features

Have deployed NBAR (on 3640 with 12.2.3 ios) and QDM and happy with same.

Two questions:

1) NBAR is not currently supported on 7500 series routers (using VIP cards). Does Cisco plan to support NBAR for this hardware series, if so when? Kinda important as we have these deployed at our Core sites and NBAR based QoS is my preference.

2) Command "service-policy history" is described in QDM as been supported on 12.1E only - any plans for this feature to be supported on any other IOS?
