I have 5 2950G-48 switches and 2 3550 switches, and 1 3508 router. The 7 switches connected to 3508 switch thru 1000base-sx sc-sc fiber. the ethernet0/0 of router 3640 connected to one of the 2950 switch and configure as trunk. Now I create 5 vlan. the switch where the router is configure is working fine with the VLAN but the rest of the switches the vlan is not working. What is my missing configuration. Do I configure the 3508 as trunk all??? Please help.

You need to create a trunk on each port of the 3508 that connects to switch. Do the other switches have appropiate VLAN/VTP settings?

only i create vlan to segragate the broadcast but the problem is only vlan on the switch where the router connected is working and the rest is not working. you cannot ping the corresponding ip that i configure. I already make the 3508 and gbic of the switches as trunk port.
