Need Help with Configuration

Hi,

I have a terminal server with multi 24 modem cards. I am out of IP addresses in its class c to assign to its ip pools so I need to add an ip pool from another class c. I don't expect this to be a problem with the terminal server, I will add the appropriate secondary ip address to the 2611 router. Question: will I have any difficulty sending traffic for multiple class c's through the same VLAN on my 2600XL switch?

Thanks!

Pat

No, the switch will pass those packets fine, it doesn't look at Layer 3 (IP) addresses. Just make sure routing is set up correctly on your other routers to forward the additional address range.
