Do you have to buy CNS Netflow Collection Engine or Cisco Network Data Analyzer in order to use MRTG to monitor layer 4 statistics (I want to monitor application performance/usage) or will it work without it.
I guess, the CNS Netflow Collection Engine or Cisco Network Data Analyzer along with MRTG could help you monitor the application perfomance in a better way.
