I want to analysis the capacity of our network
We have some 3550, 2950, 2980
Can any one suggest any ways of checking what kind of capacity we are using?
I want to get stats of how much bandwidth we are using.
Do i have to sit with a calculator working out these stats or is there an easier way?
I know of the sh traffic command that shows the peak usage on the catos but i want to get a more over picture of our usage
any help would be grateful

Hello,
a very nice (and free) tool to get bandwidth utilization stats is MRTG. Check out this site, it is fairly easy to install and to configure:

If you have problems installing or configuring it let me know and I will assist you.
