Hello,

We have CiscoWorks 2000 NW Management tool with Campus Manager, Device Fault Manager, VPN /Security Management modules. I would like to know is there any module available for Cisco works 2000 for doing Protocol Analyser /Sniffer job.If not , which protocol Analyser tool is best (Sniffer pro or Fluke's Optiviewer console ).

nGenius Real Time Monitor (RTM) or if you have a Network Analysis Module (NAM), it also has a built-in Traffic Analyzer GUI for this.
