Network Registrar installation requirements

Hi,

is it a requirement for CNR 6.1 to have an english language version of Windows 2000? In the release note we don't have any information about that. It seems that one can use ANY language version. Our problem is that the installation of CNR does not work. It has problems with the access to the filesystem. Thanks
