Hi,
Do you have already met this type of problem :
In a routing process, there is no way to route a packet to a network @ destination which is for example 10.141.1.255/16.
So this is not a broadcast address but anyway it's not routed (ICMP time out) ...
Do you know Why ???
Thanks !!

What does a traceroute reveal?
Is the destination network in the routing table?
Does the remote node know the path back to you?

That's a private address. That's not something that is routed by default.

The fact is on a private network where IP @ 10.141.1.254 is routed correctly and the 10.141.2.1 too (network 16 bits).
So the trace is complete, the route is valid the problem is focus only on the 10.141.x.255 @ /16 and not the rest of the subnet.

This is every x.255 node on the 10.141.0.0/16 subnet? What is the routers node address on this subnet?

Yes this is every x.255 node and the router @ is 10.141.1.253.
